The Long Hard Road Out of Hell is a 1999 Autobiography written by Marilyn Manson whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner.  Marilyn Manson is a musician who has also appeared in some various tv series popular among them is the Sons of Anarchy 2008- 2014.

Marilyn Manson is a controversial figure with a lot of suits against him, ranging from Sexual abuse to the rape allegation. He is seen by many as eccentric personality, difficult to understand, and at a point, he was perceived to be a psycho.

In his 1999 published autobiography, he himself revealed a number of thought-provoking details and behaviours which are absurd to any normal human being. In his autobiography, one of the bizarre details that resurface was him threatening to rape a brunette who was not feeling his advances towards her. Rather than talking to this lady politely, he chose to be violent towards her and even when as far threat to rape her.

As if the rape threat was not enough, in his autobiography Marilyn Manson went on to reveal that he was such a daredevil. At a point in time, he always had the urge to kill someone. He stated that he was planning a perfect murder scene. His plot was to kill his ex-lover, who was also a bandmate called Nancy.

In 1990 he perfectly attempted to kill Nancy by tracking her daily routine. On the final day of carrying out the murder, he intended to burn her in her house. He had with him rags soaked in gas, a number of gas cans and lighter. If not for the police intervention as a result of the incessant siren, he could have successfully carried out the murder. It was the regular police siren that discouraged him.

In the details that resurfaced in his autobiography, there is also an instance where he stated how he made one of his friends harass a damsel. He stated that he has this deviant way of approaching ladies which usually result in him threatening the ladies on the phone. At that time, his personality was clearly that of a psycho who is without fear or remorse. In his autobiography, he stated that the only time showed remorse was when his attempted plan to kill his bandmate, Nancy failed. It became obvious that he was the one who planned to kill her by burning her in her home because of the obvious hatred he professed towards her, which was known by everyone.

He revealed that he was full of hatred and saw the killing of humans as a normal thing to do. Although he does not believe in taking human life, however, he does not want to deny himself the pleasure of killing someone whose life is worth nothing to him.

In recent years, a lot of allegations have been levelled against him, and the most recent one is that of his former fiancée actress Evan Rachel. She claimed that she was terribly abused by Marilyn Manson for years in their relationship.
